DFW VHPA
Chapter belies that Team work is more important then Individual decision making. Everything we do every
team members have an
opportunity to contribute anyway they can. Any Policy
making, any activity, any event, any decision to do anything is a mutually
consented. Our Team consists
of Three groups 1.
Executive Board Executive
Board (EB) – This is composed of all the Corporate Officers. The term
“Corporate Officer” refers to the following office bearers and other
positions as may be created by the executive board to handle the
administrative needs. The charter
of this group is to attend to the day-to-day operations of the Parishad,
within the guidelines and directions set in the ByLaws. Executive Board has two sections: A.

of Advisors Board members
are individuals called on to act in an advisory capacity, sharing their
expertise and management experience with business organizations, companies
and nonprofit groups. Members may have an affiliation with the organization,
or they may be influential community members or professionals in their
industries. Board members
typically help direct the course of the organization’s strategic planning and
offer advice and counsel to upper management. Board positions in nonprofits
